For made to measure or custom measurement orders, you are responsible for submitting accurate measurements and sizing information. Inaccurate measurements may affect fit, alterations, timing, and fulfillment.

Pricing, Taxes, And Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and totals are calculated during checkout and may change before payment is completed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Dariani does not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized or the order is otherwise confirmed by Dariani.

Coupons And Promotions

Coupons, promotional codes, test codes, and discounts may be limited, changed, suspended, or canceled at any time. They have no cash value and may be subject to additional terms.

Dariani may reject or cancel an order if a coupon is used incorrectly, fraudulently, or in a way that was not intended.

Orders, Changes, And Cancellations

Order timing, production, delivery, and alteration availability may vary. We may contact you if we need to confirm measurements, sizing, address details, inventory, or payment information.

Custom, altered, or made to measure garments may have limited cancellation, return, or refund availability once production, alteration, or fulfillment begins. Any required rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Delivery And Alterations

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of production timing, carrier issues, address problems, fraud review, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Alteration services, final adjustments, or in person services may depend on location, availability, garment condition, and order type.

Intellectual Property

The Dariani name, website design, product imagery, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Dariani and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

The website is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or available at a particular time.
